The sample for this study were students from the degree and diploma program departments of the Faculty of Music, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam. A total of 60 respondents, which comprised 30 males and 30 females, were involved in this study; subjects were chosen randomly from first-year students to final year students from each diploma and degree program. Data of the study was collected through the distribution of a questionnaire via Whatsapp application. The findings showed'that students prefer to use Google Classroom as it contains no ads and never uses student's content or data for advertising purposes. In addition, the lecturer can review work, including assignments, questions, grades, and previous comments.
