As a compulsory requirement for students to acquire the award of Diploma in Civil Engineering, students have to go undergo training in order to gain the real-life experiences of engineering works and to get them involved in Civil Engineering projects before graduation. This is at least done from known organization which deals with civil engineering fields to satisfy this requirement. I trained with Jabatan Kerja Raya Daerah Tangkak for eight weeks started by 8th July 2018 until 2nd September 2018. In this report contains four chapters that I explain my eight weeks experience in my hosting company. The content of all chapters is constructed from the practical basis of the site works. The first chapter, I explain the company background including its mission, vision, and the ongoing project. I also compile the record or history of the company and the company’s address so readers can easily find out about my hosting company. The second chapter explains my internship familiarity in the last successive months. This chapter is the most important chapter since its give a highlight what I have doing and main works of the construction industry. The third chapter explains my hosting company’s projects, the problems occur while construction works running and how to overcome the problems, and also the experience that I gained while conducting the projects. The fourth and final chapter explains about the skilled that I have developed, the knowledge that I have gained, the suitability of organization and limitations and also recommendations.
