Summary:Industrial Training is a compulsory course for every students of Diploma in Civil Engineering. The purpose of this Industrial Training is to expose the students in technical industry and working life that involves Civil Engineering fields. This course is also trained students in both technical and social skills to widen their knowledge about related fields. Thus, students can imagine and know about the working life and how to manage the problem wisely. This purpose of this technical report is to present all the progress that students have been go through during the Industrial Training period. This report consists of four chapters, which is, Introduction, Training Attended, Technical Report and Conclusion. In Chapter 1, which is Introduction, students are required to write about Background of the Company, Organizational Structure and Nature of Business. While, for Chapter 2 is the Training Attended. In this chapter, it includes Weekly Summary that students have been go through during training. This is the summarization of the every training or task that students go through during the Industrial Training period. Next is Chapter 3, which is Technical Report. In this chapter, students have been asked to explain briefly about the technical skills that they have learned. In this chapter, it usually tasks that involve and contribute to the specific project. Lastly is Chapter 4. This chapter is generally about Conclusion that the students can conclude from the experience during the training.
