undergoes my industrial training at Hospital Alor Gajah (HAG) which is at engineering unit.
Engineering unit responsible to monitor the implementation of privatization of hospital support services
for Facilities Management Services (FMS), Facilities Engineering Management Services (FEMS), Biomedical Engineering Management Services (BEMS), Health Waste Management Services (HWMS), Cleaning and Linen Services (CLS) and Linen and Laundry Services (LLS). I
have done my industrial training starting from 18th July 2017 until 11th June 2017 which is 8 weeks. Basically, this report consist four chapters which is introduction section that will discuss about background of company, organizational structure, nature of the business, products and market strength. Training Attended section will focus on my weekly summary based on logbook that I had wrote for every training day. Technical report will discuss detail about problem encountered and how to overcome it. This section also will discuss about experience gained along the 8 weeks of industrial training. Last section of this report is conclusion of what had I learnt from this industrial training. Furthermore, this section will include my limitation and
recommendation to University and Company in order to improve the industrial training efficiency. Lastly will be the reference and appendices section which consists of list of reference person, portfolio, internet and photos. |
