| Summary: | The purpose of this study was to investigate working environment have
relationship with employee attitude in FGY Agri Services Sdn Bhd in Jerantut, Pahang.
The scope of this research was the employee in FGY Agri Services Sdn Bhd. The data of
this study were gathered through the distribution on Google Form Online Survey and
used of convenience sampling for selected from the total population of the department.
In this study, the data collected were analysed by using the Statistical Package for Social
Science (SPSS) software version 26. The result identified that there was a relationship
between working environment and employee attitude. The factor of working
environment was from physical working environment, work-life balance and
organizational culture. Therefore, the researcher highly recommended on determining
the aspect of organizational culture that effect on employee attitude at FGY Agri Services
Sdn Bhd. |
