Summary:Nowadays, people more prefer to use the computer system, rather than using a manual system because computer system can make their process of managing the information is easier and faster. The tailors need the computer system because it can help them to manage the clothes ordering that they received and make the current process is more efficient also help them more proper to keeping the records. The tailors faced the problem to store the information when they receive the clothes booking from customers. The information may lose and take time to get the information back. Besides tailors, the customers also face the problem which is they need to go to the shop to make an order. In order to solve these problems, Online Tailoring Ordering System (OTOS) has been developed to the target user. The Waterfall model has been used in OTOS development to achieve the objectives. Important phase, including requirement definition and analysis, design, implementation, testing and evaluation has been followed to develop the system. This system is evaluated by three experts’ user and thirties respondents that have been done by UiTM lecturers and students. Questionnaire made up from 6 different sections which are ease of use, effectiveness, interface, content, satisfaction, and customer touching application. The result shows the highest section is section B which is effectiveness evaluation with mode 5. The respondents choose factor B5 of this section with highest mean 4.47 (SD=0.571). Most of the respondents had agreed that OTOS will bring the greatest benefits for clothes ordering and management process.
