Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) industrial training are there to provide students with the necessary practical exposure and skills and assist the students in working environment and gain knowledge while undergo industrial training. All diploma students are required to undergo industrial training for 8 weeks from 17 April 2017 until 9 June 2017 as part of their subject to complete 3 years course for Diploma in Civil Engineering. The attachment will be during the semester 5 break. During 8 weeks' periods of training, students will be supervised and monitored their training by qualified supervisor. For my industrial training, I did it at Jabatan Kerja Raya Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (JKR WPP) which situated at Level 3, block C7, Parcel C, 62582 Putrajaya. In JKR WPP only doing maintenance work for the all government building in Putrajaya: In this company I was placement in Zone 2 department which is for civil maintenance. Last but not least, the industrial training provides exposure for real life work and internships, career option with different work environments, exposure to latest technologies that are currently being used by the relevant industry
