Current attitude towards organ donation among university student are unknown. They may play an important role in eliminating barriers and increase rate of organ donation. Therefore, assessing university student's knowledge and attitude regarding organ donation is important for the future organ supply. Objectives: The purpose of the study is to determine the knowledge and attitude towards organs donation among health sciences and non-health sciences students in UiTM Puncak Alam Campus. Method: A cross-sectional descriptive design was carried out whereby a questionnaire of knowledge and attitude towards organ donation was distributed to health sciences and non-health sciences students. Result: In term of knowledge, the highest definition of organ donation choose by students is the removal of the tissues of the human body for the purpose of transplantation to another person which is 70.6% (n=190). Majority of students choose kidney as the organ can be donated 93% (n=252). Almost students agree that organ donation involve risk, 84.8% (n=228) which the highest risk is cause infection, 76.3% (n=174). In term of attitude, 58.1% (n=158) of students choose will think about it in respond to possibility to donate organ. 70.3% (n=189) stated needed for promotion of organ donation. Health sciences students showed similar attitude with non-health sciences students but higher in knowledge. No significant different seen in all variables. Conclusion: It can be conclude that knowledge and attitude among students need to be improved. Some effective strategies such as campaigns and role of media mass must be plan and organized consistently.
