Work life balance can be seen in three parts namely time balance, involvement balance and satisfaction balance the independent variables of Work Life Balance comprising of Time Balance, Involvement Balance and Satisfaction Balance while dependent variable is Job Performance namely Task Performance and Contextual performance.
