Summary:The ultimate purposes of this study is to investigate important factor on job performance among nurses in Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru (HSAJB), this study evaluate the factor between three stressor which including job difficulty, organizational climate and family factors on job performance. Nurses working in Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru (HSAJB) are the target population. A simple random sampling of 390 respondent was selected. From the questionnaire distributed, focusing on three possible stress factors stated before mostly influence on job performance among nurses in Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru (HSAJB), by using a Likert scale answer and analyze the result using SPSS software. Therefore researcher hope that this research will fully beneficial to the organization itself and nurses to identify their stress causes and provide recommendation to cope with the stress and increase their performance.
