Summary:This study was conducted to explain the association between office design and employee’s productivity. The subject area for this study is Seri Alam Properties Sdn Bhd (UMLAND) in measuring the impact of office design towards employee’s productivity, the researcher decided to use furniture, noise, temperature, lighting and spatial arrangements the main elements that influence employee’s productivity as the result to the employees in Seri Alam Properties Sdn Bhd (UMLAND). This study involves 95 respondents form Financial Department, Sales and Marketing Department, Human Resources Department, Administration Department, Site Management Department, Planning& Product Development, Township Department and Customer Service Department. The structural questionnaires then have been used to collect data from the respondents and the answer received was analysed. This research study also focuses more on how the organization identifies and fully utilizes office design and employees productivity. Besides that, a set of questionnaire will be distributed to respondents and the information will be collected as part of the sources of data for this research study. The results indicate from the findings shows that furniture, noise, temperature, lighting and spatial arrangement have significant positive relationship and it answered research questions as well as support the hypotheses. As a conclusion, this research study helps the other researcher to explore association between office design and employee’s productivity. This research study result supported by previous results that presented at every research findings.
