Summary:IT Student Event Management Mobile Application is an application for IT Student in managed and organized the events efficiently that held in their own clubs which is ITEC clubs. In ITEC clubs, there are many event conducted for IT Student in order to help them to enhance their skills and gain more knowledge. However, currently the information of the events is not may available anytime and anywhere. As a result, certain IT Student might not notice the events quickly. Some IT Student also does not remember the details of upcoming events which is date, time, venue and etc. Consequently, they might miss or forget to attend the events because of lack information regarding the upcoming events and busy with their lifestyle as a student. Therefore, there is a need to develop a mobile application for IT Students to seek the information of upcoming events that can be access in ubiquitous ways. The objectives of this project are to identify the user requirements of IT Student Event Management Mobile Application, to design as well to develop the suitable for IT Student Event Management Mobile Application. It offers many potential benefits, including it helps IT Students keeps in track on upcoming events that will be held by ITEC Club. This application can be used by all the IT Students in ITEC Clubs which is degree students in IT (Information Technology). The methodology used in the project is Mobile Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC) methodology that included requirement gathering, design, development, testing and maintenance. The requirements gathered resulting in designing and development of the mobile application. Some recommendation for future works is discussed which to offer opportunities for enhancement and improvement for the future.
