This Academic Project entitles Building Surveyor Performance in Construction and Property Industry. Hence, in order to provide valuable information, guidance and to know generally on Building Surveyor Performance in Construction and Property Industry, several observations and research works had been conducted to a few respondents. The observation consists of interviews, questionnaires and literature research relevant to measure the truth of the Building Surveyor Performance in Construction and Property Industry. Then, the performance of Building Surveyor was ranked by level of performance based on the observations result. The results are feedbacks from the respondents’ and it can be either positive or negative perception to the Building Surveyor Performance in Construction and Property Industry. According to the observation result, conclusion, guideline and recommendation on the Building Surveyor Performance in Construction and Property Industry will state. Through this Academic Project, hope that those who are supposed to get benefited from Building Surveyor services will gain better views and knowledge about Building Surveyor Profession.
