The attendance sheet can be easily misplaced by the lecturer. This makes it hard for the lecturer to make a report or manage the attendance for future observation. The module that is being highlighted is lecturers' website. The objective of developing the website is to provide a platform for the lecturer to manage the student's database including their classes and courses taken. The general objective of this project is to automate the entire system of students attendance registration via Access Point (AP) and student smartphone. In addition, this system can help the lecturers to manage and gain the full report from the lecturer's web page. In this website, the lecturer can view, update, delete and also generate report for the student attendance every month. The type of methodology we used for this projects is Rapid Application Development (RAD). This is the most suitable way of managing the projects in phases. We are going to develop a prototype of the projects and it will require a rapid developing phases. Phase by phase are being explained in this RAD to get the overview of the project. The result can become positive if all the procedure, method, timeline are been carefully followed one step at a time. This project can give many benefits for the student and lecturers in the future. Research has been made before, comparison and the different can be outlined so that it can be finish within the time given.
