Abstract: The trainee undergoing industrial training based on the period from 2 February 2017 to 29 June 2017 in The Office of Library and Knowledge Management at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan as part of requirement in completing course for the Bachelor of Info. Science (Hons.) Information System Management. UMK's library is known as The Office of Library and Knowledge Management which is the heart of University Malaysia Kelantan. It is a place for users who need to find academic and non-academic materials, as the library served it for the users. UMK 's library has started its operation in July 2007 with the collection of 3000 of books and journals and seating capacity of200 users. During the 22 weeks period of training, students will be supervised and monitored by a supervisor. The trainee was assigned a special project for Electronic Public Access Management System (E-Pams) by organization supervisor, Mr. Amirul Firdaus Bin Zilah (Head Unit of Administration Departmrnt). The trainee required to develop examination system which develop digitized examination paper system. The trainee also required to learn about the basic operation and procedures of the organization in every department.
