Summary: | The major objective of this project is to determine the biotransformation of three different fungi in two different medium, which is medium A and B. in order to accomplish this, few steps were taken accordingly. First step was growing the endophytes in medium A and B. This was followed by feeding process which is adding substrate i.e., Goniothalamin, incubated for six and twelve days in shaking incubator at 28°C. The next step is extraction of the culture with solvent and apparatuses. Lastly, analyze the extracted compound by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) technique. |
