It can also measure the performance of the best employees who are eligible for bonuses. We are focusing on the appraisal form used by managers to assess their subordinates. The objective of the new form is to simplify and enhance the efficiency of the rater as well as the way in which they are evaluated. Besides, for novelty, the 8-VANCED is launched with several new features which we believe will make the performance appraisal more effective and convenient to be used. Features include this performance appraisal form is built in a website which indicates that this system is more updated to the current preferences. The appraisal form applied 8 out of 9 major components of the appraisal form (Aguinis, 2013, 133). After the evaluation process is done, the result of the evaluation will be sent to the employee's email. This newly developed performance appraisal form is relevant to evaluate engineering companies.
