Summary: | Human Resource Management needs to change from the manual into the web application to ensure the management become faster and effective. And that responsibility goes to Public Service Department (PSD) as central agencies that handle the Malaysia government human resource. The need government staff IT literate because of the changes of manual Human Resource Management into web application by introducing HRMIS. Login page are the main entrance for any system in the World Wide Web to allow user enter the web application. After completing the research, the understanding of the need government staff on the HRMIS login page become clearer and better for future design HRMIS 2.0. The objective of the research is to identify usability issues related to current HRMIS Login Page and to recommend usable design for HRMIS Login Page but not involve development. Methodology used in this research is usability evaluation where involve activity online survey, interview and observation. For analysis the researcher make content analysis where using discussion or interview and focus group. As a conclusion, after researcher found the usability issues that raised, the recommended elements that should be implement in the HRMIS login page to make it useful and also the design of HRMIS login page provided. |
