During my internship, I was assigned to the Research Management Unit. The main purpose of an internship is to learn how to work in a practical environment and to apply the knowledge that has been learned during studies in a real working environment. This report also includes a SWOT analysis of this department, which I reviewed throughout my internship. This report also offers recommendations regarding the department's vulnerabilities and how to motivate the staff when faced with a difficulty. |
