Summary:Purpose: This research aims to identify the current level of the intention of Muslims in Malaysia on pilgrimage during the pandemic Covid19 and to investigate the significant relationship between security and monetary towards pilgrimage intention of Muslims in Malaysia. Methods/Design/approach: To measure both aims, researchers use a quantitative design type of approach which includes the use of surveys. This research practices a non-probability sampling method which is volunteering sampling. The unit of analysis in this research is Muslims in Malaysia. A total of 159 respondents involved in this research Findings: Results from this study indicate that the current level of the intention of Muslims in Malaysia on pilgrimage during the Covid19 pandemic is low. This show that this global pandemic has resulted in greater distraction towards the intention of respondents to travel to religious tourism destination. The atmosphere explained that potential tourists tend to postpone or cancel their plans for a destination that is overwhelmed by a pandemic Implication: This research also revealed that security and monetary effect the intention of Muslims in Malaysia to travel for the pilgrimage and the respondents are likely satisfied and contented with the transportation as well as services that constitute good value for money and feel safe during the pilgrimage trip.
