J.E.R.I.S.A.H. Kajian kuantitatif ini menggunakan soalselidik dimensi JERISAH skala 6-Likert
sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data daripada responden dipilih melalui kaedah convenient
sampling melibatkan 248 orang kepimpinan pendidikan dan guru-guru terlatih pelbagai
pengkhususan dan pengalaman pendidikan seluruh Malaysia. Mereka sedang mengikuti
pengajian Ijazah Sarjana Pendidikan Sesi 2018-2021 kendalian Kulliyyah Pendidikan
Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia di kampus Gombak, Kuantan dan Pagoh. Dapatan
kajian menunjukkan majoriti responden ‘Sangat Setuju’ bahawa FPK-JERISAH
berketerampilan membina Insan Sejahtera holistik universal dengan mencapai purata min
5.5490. Respon tertinggi adalah dimensi Hamba Allah-Khalifatullah min 5.8186, kedua
Rohani min 5.7686 dan ketiga Emosi min 5.6471. Sentisis kajian membuktikan bahawa FPKJERISAH berwibawa membina Insan Sejahtera Bertaqwa progresif, inovatif dan professional.
Hasil kajian bermanfaaat kepada penggubal, peneraju, dan pelaksana pendidikan sarwajagat.
Semua pihak terlibat perlu mengamalkan FPK paradigma JERISAH untuk menjana insan
sejahtera bertaqwa yang berilmu seimbang, beradab, amanah, dan, berketerampilan
cemerlang di persada nasional dan internasional demi merealisasi Dasar Pembangunan
Malaysia Maju 2030 dan seterusnya menelusuri kepimpinan pendidikan sepanjang hayat
melampaui abad ke-21.

This paper aims to discuss the results of an empirical study that analyzed the
efficiency of the National Education Philosophy in building a Pious Prosperous People. The
objective is focused on the comprehensive synthesis of FPK components J-Jasmani, E-Emosi,
R-Rohani, I-Intelek, S-Sosialisasi, A-Adab and H-Hamba Allah-Khalifatullah - the acronym
J.E.R.I.S.A.H. This quantitative study uses a 6-Likert scale JERISAH dimension questionnaire
as a data collection instrument from respondents selected through convenient sampling method
involving 248 educational leaders and trained teachers of various specializations and educational experiences throughout Malaysia. They are currently studying for a Master of
Education Session 2018-2021 conducted by Kulliyyah Pendidikan Universiti Islam
Antarabangsa Malaysia at the Gombak, Kuantan and Pagoh campuses. The findings of the
study showed that the majority of respondents ‘Strongly Agree’ that FPK-JERISAH has the
skills to build a universal holistic Prosperous People by achieving an average mean of 5.5490.
The highest response is the dimension of the Servant of God-Khalifatullah min 5.8186, the
second Spiritual min 5.7686 and the third Emotional min 5.6471. The synthesis of the study
proves that FPK-JERISAH is competent to build progressive, innovative and professional
Insan Sejahtera Bertaqwa. The results of the study are beneficial to the drafters, leaders, and
implementers of universal education. All parties involved need to adopt the JERISAH FPK
paradigm to generate pious people who are well-informed, civilized, trustworthy, and have
excellent skills on the national and international stage in order to realize the Malaysia Maju
2030 Development Policy and further trace the leadership of lifelong education beyond the
21st century. |
