The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the internship programme at Taysir al-Arabia company in empowering Arabic language skills among students and to determine the effectiveness of internship through planning, implementation and evaluation. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the qualitative method which involved six students from Department of Arabic Language and Literature at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). The data were collected using semi-structured interview and analyzed after the process of transferring audio data to written text and later it has been encoded using manual work. Among the most important findings of the research is that the internship in Taysir al-Arabia company is useful and acceptable to some extent. As for the process of implementing internship, the research showed positive and efficient responses from students. It was found that the process of evaluating internship is carried out in a professional manner. The study found that internship has a high degree of effectiveness in terms of improving students' performance in Arabic Language and Literature as well as developing Arabic language skills. Finally, the research recommends that the academic division of the faculty at IIUM and other universities pay attention to the aspects of continuous improvement of Arabic language in order to have effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of the programme so that students can improve their Arabic language skills. ملخص البحث يهدف البحث إلى تقييم فاعلية برنامج التدريب العملي في تيسير العربية في تنمية المهارات العربية لدى طلاب اللغة العربية وآدابها بالجامعة الإسلامية العالمية بماليزيا، والوقوف على مدى فعالية هذا البرنامج من خلال التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقييم، بما يعمل على زيادة الإنتاج عند طلاب اللغة العربية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، قد استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الكيفي وطبق البحث على عينة غرضية طبقية مقدارها ستة طلاب درسوا في قسم اللغة العربية وآدابها بالجامعة الإسلامية العالمية بماليزيا. وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام المقابلة شبه المقننة، وتم تحليلها بنقل البيانات الصوتية إلى النص المكتوب وترميزها باستخدام طريقة يدوية. ومن أهم النتائج التي خلص إليه البحث أنه يتم تخطيط التدريب العملي في شركة تيسير العربية بمنهجية مفيدة ومقبولة إلى حد ما، أما فيما يتعلق بعملية تنفيذ التدريب العملي فقد أظهر البحث ردود فعل إيجابية وكفاءة من الطلبة، وتبين أن عملية تقييم التدريب العملي يتم بشكل مهني. وقد توصل البحث إلى اكتشاف التدريب العملي على درجة من الفاعلية حيث يؤدي على المدى البعيد إلى تحسين أداء طلاب اللغة العربية وآدابها، ويساهم في زيادة إنتاجية التدريب العملي كماً ونوعاً، إضافة لكونه وسيلةً لتنمية المهارات العربية. وفي الختام أوصى البحث الشعبة الأكاديمية للكلية في الجامعة الإسلامية العالمية بماليزيا خاصة والجامعات الأخرى عامة بضرورة أن تكون على دراية بجوانب التحسين المستمر من أجل التخطيط الفعال، ثم تنفيذ البرنامج وتقييمه حتى يتمكن الطلاب من ممارسة اللغة العربية بشكل أفضل.
