For government school principals and their assistants, teachers, and computer technicians in the educational governorates (Muscat – Al Batinah North – Al Dakhiliyah – Ash Sharqiyah North). The sample used of this study consisted of (432) individuals, and the results showed the presence of a high degree of obstacles that hinder the employment of electronic educational platforms in the educational process in public schools in the Sultanate of Oman; The general average of the paragraphs and areas of these obstacles was (4.05), and the technical obstacles came in the first place with an arithmetic average of (4.17), followed in the second place by the administrative and material obstacles with an arithmetic average of (3.99), and in the third place came the human obstacles with an arithmetic average of 3.99 (3.98), and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the respondent's gender, educational level and number of years of experience on the study sample members' estimates of the level of obstacles. In light of these results, the study recommended a number of recommendations.
