The presentation discussed depression and anxiety from a clinical point of view. Psychological treatment for depression and anxiety was briefed, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) became the focus of the discussion. The three elements of CBT i) Psychoeducation, ii) Cognitive Strategy, and iii) Behavior Strategy were deliberated. The free available resources on CBT were also shared for the audience to use.
