Summary:The following research paper identified the methodological steps that the researcher followed in the educational technological design process An individual educational plan for the first unit lessons on (family and society) in social studies for the third grade, basic Which aims to teach the hearing impaired (A.M.A) from the students of Al'amal School for the Deaf and Dumb from the third basic class students in the Governorate of Muscat according to the steps of the Wehman model, The study aimed to define the characteristics of the hearing impaired (A.M.A) educational and to determine the special educational goals compatible with its characteristics and design an individual educational plan for it. The study employed the descriptive approach and case study approach to answer the study questions. The study resulted in designing an individual educational application plan for the hearing impaired applicable to the targeted educational unit and equipped with long-term goals and short-term goals that are compatible with the target hearing impairment with the suggestion of several appropriate evaluation methods and mechanisms.
