Avascular necrosis of proximal femur growth disturbance (PFGD)?: a case of bilateral neglected DDH
A 4-year-old girl presented with neglected DDH, bilateral. She was treated with open reduction, varization-derotation femoral osteotomy and Dega osteotomy on both sides. Coxa vara on the right hip and coxa valga on the left hip were noticed during follow-up, and were addressed respectively
