يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز الأفكار في مسائل الرد على استنباط القواعد النحوية من الأحاديث النبوية. وهي المسائل المهمة في وضع مستوى الأحاديث النبوية ممثلاً في استنباط القواعد النحوية. وأظهرت هذه الفكرة في القرن السادس الهجري حينما استخدمها ابن مالك (المتوفى 672 هـ) بعض الأحاديث النبوية في الاحتجاج النحوي في كتابه "شواهد التوضيح والتصحيح لمشكلات الجامع الصحيح" مما ألفه معتمدا على أحاديث في صحيح البخاري مبينا ما فيها من إشكال وموضحا ذلك بالشواهد ولم يعتمد على مصدر حديثي آخر . وابن مالك لم يبدأ كتابه بمقدمة يبين فيها سبب تأليفه للكتاب أو منهجه الذي سارى عليه كما في قوله " هذا كتاب سميته شواهد التوضيح والتصحيح لمشكلات الجامع الصحبح" ، لكن القسطلاني يقول أن سبب تأليف ابن مالك لهذا الكتاب هو أن جماعة من المحدّثين طلبوا منه أن يوضح لهم ألفاظا وروايات وردت في صحيح البخاري . ومن هذا الكلام - مما فهمنا – بيان أسباب تأليف ضبط نصوص البخاري وإخراج نسخة مشكولة ومصححة أهداف في الكتاب. وهو بهذا يعزز مذهبه بجواز الاحتجاج بالحديث النبوي الشريف ومما يعزز مسائل عالجها ليست مشكلة في القاعدة النحوية بل موافقة لها. وبناء على هذا الأساس عرض الشواهد والبراهين وأقوال العلماء سوف تكون الأدلة الاستشارية مع متبعة في ذلك المنهج التحليلي النقدي. This research aims at highlighting the ideas in the response of the grammatical rules development from the prophetic traditions. This idea was revealed in the sixth century Hijra when it used by son of Malik called Ibn Malik (deceased 672H). To embark the research, the writer highlighted some of the Prophet's Hadiths which related to the grammatical protest in his book "Evidence of clarification and correction of the problems in book `JamiaÑ as-Øahih", based on the hadiths in SahÊh al-Bukhari indicating the problematic that the witnesses did not adopt in other modern sources. However, Ibn al-Malik did not start his book with an introduction to explain the reason for his writing of the book or its method, but mentioned "This book called the evidence of clarification and correction of the problems in book `JamiaÑ as-Øahih", however Qastalani in supporting Ibn Malik says that the reason for writing of this book is that a group of modernists asked him to clarify the grammatical problem in book `JamiaÑ as-Øahih which contains some words and narrations from SahÊh al-Bukhari. The reason for the composition of this book was to explain some grammatical cases in Hadith mentioned in the texts of Bukhari to produce a copy of the corrected objectives in the book. As a result, this treatment is strengthened the doctrine by permitting the reanalyzed of the Prophet's Hadith base on grammatical rules which are considered is acceptable. Based on this basis, the presentation of evidences and statements of academic Scientifics will be the advisory evidence which followed by the critical analytical approach.
