The basic documents have been carefully selected and edited in order that they are in conformity with the course outlines of Public International Law I (LAW 3910) and Public International Law II (LAW 3911). In this Fourth edition, the book has been thoroughly revised and updated with recent conventions and Malaysian statutes.
There is always a need for such a collection of basic texts which would provide an aid, complementary to existing course books. This book can very well be used as a companion to “Public International Law: A Practical Approach” (Sweet & Maxwell Asia, 3rd. ed., 2011), a publication of the present editor.
