Results: Seven cases altogether, age ranging from one to thirteen years. All had grade iii and above Myer-Cotton classification for subglottic stenosis. In average, each patients requires 6 to 7 procedures under general anaesthesia before successful decannulation. All cases of grade iii stenosis were successfully decannulated within one year from reconstruction. One grade IV stenosis was decannulated slightly later after 18 months. 2008-05 Conference or Workshop Item REM application/pdf en http://irep.iium.edu.my/26109/1/7th_congress_of_the_european_laryngological_society.pdf Asha'ari, Zamzil Amin and Sheikh Ab.
