الملخص:Islamic law consists of five main legal rulings (hukm) namely obligatory (wajib), prohibited (haram),recommended (mandub), reprehensible (makruh) and permissible (mubah). Indeed, the legal rulings which governed Muslims' lives were intended to achieve the objectives of Shari'ah (maqasid as-Shari'ah).
