It can also be thought of as any comprehensive belief system, ways of thinking, and classifications that specify the bases of political, economic and social actions. It is “a conceptual scheme with a practical application” . Ideology is a wide and cohesive set of principles, notions, and symbols or images through which a person makes sense of the world and understand his or her position within it .
