The study delves into potential mechanisms, including thyroid hormone impact on placental vascular function and the complexity added by autoimmune thyroiditis. Personalised treatments, thyroid function monitoring, and comprehensive antenatal care are emphasised for optimal pregnancy outcomes. This case underscores the need for increased awareness, proactive management, and preconception counselling to safeguard maternal and foetal well-being.
