Description
Summary:A community with an ageing infrastructure while struggling with maintenance due to limited allocation is becoming more common. This study discusses the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) campus community's initiatives to overcome these challenges through Public-Private Partnerships. Instead of relying solely on the government's budget, IIUM and a private company embarked on a journey to achieve a landmark effort to become energy efficient and consciously create a better environment. Simultaneously, IIUM gets to reduce its carbon footprint, which further strengthens the attainment of its Strategic Direction of Humanizing Education and the Sustainable Development Goals
