The Easy Print Service System is a web-based application developed to address the challenges faced by Achik Printing Sdn. Bhd. is a traditional printing service store. These challenges include long queues, outdated technology, privacy concerns, and difficulties managing customer data. The system aims to provide a solution by offering a flexible and secure platform that optimises users' time and energy, enhances safety and privacy, and offers convenient printing services. The target audience of the Easy Print Service System includes working professionals, students, academics, individuals without printers, and printer shop owners. The system has been developed using the Laravel framework, with PHP as the backend language and HTML/CSS as the frontend. SQL support is provided through XAMPP. Throughout the development process, the main constraint encountered was the need to understand Laravel concepts, code effectively, and handle errors efficiently. Overall, the Easy Print Service System aims to revolutionise printing services by providing a user-friendly and secure platform for all printing needs. By addressing the limitations of traditional printing service stores, the system offers convenience, efficiency, and improved data privacy. With its extensive range of features and optimisation of operations, the Easy Print Service System is a reliable and transformative solution for the printing industry.
