In this thesis, an assessment on one of the factors will be done, which is the drilling fluid. In this experiment, different kind of drilling fluid will be used through the experiment, in order to get different wearing behavior. The experiments will be done using the pin-on-disk test, with some minor modifications, and fabrication on the rig or its components.
