Description
Summary:Wireless Communication channels have severe int1uence on the performance of the mobile radio system due to the detrimental effect of multi path fading, interference and noise. This, however, has serious impact on scarce resources such as spectrum and power of the mobile radio systems. In this thesis, a study is conducted on the perfom1ance of orthogonal multicarrier direct sequence code division multiple access (MC DS COMA) system operating over generalised 11-~ fading channels. Additionally, RAKE receiver and multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system are incorporated into the system (MC DS COMA) independently and collectively.
