Description
Summary:This dissertation presents the cognitive load assessment of multimedia learning content using Electroencephalography (EEG) based effective connectivity approach with graph theory network analysis. Cognitive load assessment during multimedia learning has a key role in understanding the complexity of multimedia-based learning tasks. The widely-used methods for assessing the cognitive load in EEG are the traditional feature extraction techniques such as power spectral density and entropies.
