For the data acquisition and transmission system, the objective of it is to develop an analog data acquisition system in order to display the resultant waveform for detecting leakages, thinning or cracks in the pipeline at the personal computer (PC). The methodology used in this project is that the analog signal waveform from the sensor will be picked up by the Data Acquisition (DAQ) board, National Instrument, NI PCI 6024E.
