In large power plants, the collector region could spread across the whole field in order to obtain a higher air temperature difference between the ambient and the working fluid which would then better induced the updraft. The objective of this study revolves around the parameter – variable canopy height and chimney height which would affect the performance of the collector and thereby the system.
