Summary:Sentiment analysis is an emerging area of text mining where it used to analyze how human feelings or opinion towards certain products or subjects such as movies in this context. Nowadays, as the social network become increasing popular, people actively expressing their opinion about something in the internet. By using sentiment analysis, company can monitor how consumer responds to their products and at the same time improve their Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This paper will explain about what sentiment analysis is and how to implement the N-Gram model in analyzing human sentiment.
