Employer reputation, personal interest, job security, and salary and benefits have been selected as independent variables while job selection preferences as dependent variable. In this research project, 300 business students from different local universities throughout the Malaysia have been surveyed and the data collected has been analyzed. The result of questionnaire is analyzed by using a software called Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). All the result was illustrated in charts, summaries, and measurement. The result of this research project is expected to bring insights for Malaysia’s universities, business faculty, career advisors, business associations, institutions, organizations or even is employers. The result of this research project can enable the parties to understand what the factor has the most impact to job selection preferences of young generations. There have too many factors that affecting the job selection preferences of young generation. Therefore, this research project is focusing on four factors which are employer reputation, personal interest, job security, and salary and benefits.
