Description
Summary:Industrial revolution 4.0 undeniably affects the way of life of human beings including children. The rapid development in the internet and digital technology makes them more susceptible to harm either through the social media, films or games due to the unlimited, easy and fast access. This situation may place children beyond control in a great threat due to the broken relationship with their parents and families. Children beyond control may be found anywhere. They are children who frequently disobey their parents’ orders and are well known as “status offenders”. Despite the non-criminal nature of their misbehavior, children beyond control are often criminally treated through the involvement in court proceedings and detention orders. At international level, several international conventions and rules have been signed to protect the children generally.
