The enterprise relationship is always changing to follow the development of society and enterprise, and the enterprise relationship of China have unique features that differ from the Western perspectives, especially within the stated-owned enterprise and local Chinese private enterprise. In this research, in order to explore the value of enterprise relationship, researcher used case study approach to record the different members’ interviews as input. Then used the record and cross tabulation of the members’ feedback as process to analyses for getting the output of the values of enterprise relationship, the relationship how to influence the performance of enterprise. The findings will be included LMX theory and CRM theory on value of performance of enterprise, such as how to use the LMX theory to increase more value with the enterprise, and how to use the CRM theory to improve the performance of enterprise. Finally, this case study will help two kinds of enterprise to operate more effectively and efficiently in the future, such as stated-owned enterprise and the local Chinese private enterprise, this research also give some findings to help all employees and employers who work in these companies.
