In order to realize its benefits, an attempt to successfully multiply, C pallida via micropropagation was conducted. Explants were obtained from shoots germinated from sterilised seeds and cultured in varying concentrations of IBA and zeatin in factorial design. Concentrations used were 0.0 mg/L, 1.0 mg/E, 2.0 mg/E, 3.0 rng/L. 4.0 mg/E, and 5.0 mg/L. The optimum plant growth medium for shoot induction was the control medium. MS medium while for root induction it was MS medium supplemented with 5.0 mg/L IBA. Microprogation could serve as an alternative reproduction system for C. pallida. 2015 Thesis NonPeerReviewed text en http://eprints.intimal.edu.my/432/1/BBTEI%20-%2074.pdf Fong, Khar Kei (2015) Micropropagation of Crotalaria Pallida.
