ALOR SETAR: In an effort to empower the internationalisation agenda and strengthening the transformation plan of University Utara Malaysia (UUM), a delegation headed by vice chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Mohamed Mustafa Ishak has visited five leading universities in Thailand.
