available to implement e-procurement system especially tailored toward the requirements of small government departments.In order to support the procurement activities through the Internet, this paper provides a reference model for e-procurement system aimed
specially at the requirements of small government departments.Development of the reference model is important so that it can provide guidelines and serve as a good starting point to understand user’s and system’s requirements and assist system development in a particular industry. |
