| الملخص: | The purpose of this measurement test is to determine the loss factor and complex modulus of certain material. Other than that, the test result can also be a reference for selecting the suitable material for certain application. In this test, steel is selected as the specimen. The specimen under test is excited to a certain frequency and the phase change between the acceleration and force is observed. The complex modulus and loss factor is then determine by using the equation derived from simple bending theory of beams in an article in B & K Technical Review no. 4 - 1972. |
