This study used a correlation study and descriptive research study. Survey by using questionnaire to 210 purposely selected among the UPM Sukipt athletes' population. The questionnaire consists of three sections: Section A for respondent demographic, section B for student athlete motivation between student and athletic and section C for university student satisfaction. The result shows that there are significant relationships between the student athletes' motivational and overall college satisfaction among UPM Sukipt athletes'. Based on the result of data from the balance score & total satisfaction, r = 0.801 and p¬ value <0.01, shows that the relationship between the student athletes' motivational and overall college satisfaction among UPM Sukip t athletes' is higher correlation and positive correlation since the r is near to 1. |
