There is no doubt that the role of social support (emotional and informational support), trust, attitude, is not in any doubt. Equally when complimented by robust social network sites, the issue of trust, attitude and satisfaction concerns are amicably resolved. This paper proposes a model that links the mediating roles of trust, attitude and satisfaction between social support and social commerce intention.
