Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and Multiple Regression Analysis. Findings also showed that study has positive implications to increase the level of interactive multimedia courseware acceptance among Mathematics teachers in secondary schools.The results showed self-efficacy, relative advantage, complexity, support and time become a significant predictor of courseware acceptance among science teachers.The study also shows that the factors support and time from the support perspective have the most significant influence on the acceptance courseware.Therefore, these factors need to be emphasized in diffusion prosess in order to increase the level of courseware acceptance. Findings also showed that study has positive implications to increase the level of interactive multimedia courseware acceptance among Science teachers.
